The path

From first message to shipment

1. Send your requirement — a specification, a photo, or a rough idea. Nothing is too early.
2. We confirm the options — what is available or producible, with images where possible.
3. Quotation issued — price, MOQ, lead time, packaging and terms in writing.
4. Sample approved — where a sample is required, it becomes the reference standard.
5. Order confirmed and produced — production proceeds against the approved standard.
6. Quality checked and shipped — see Quality Control, then shipment per the agreed method.

Terms in detail

MOQ

MOQ is 10 strands for standard products. Custom production starts at 50 sets. MOQ is restated per line on the quotation, because a strand, a loose pearl lot and a set of custom jewellery are not counted in the same unit.

Samples

Samples are chargeable. Sample availability depends on the product and customization requirements, and the cost is confirmed with the quotation — a custom sample depends on the design and materials. We do not offer free samples. Where a sample is supplied, it becomes the reference standard for the bulk order, which is the main reason to ask for one.

Trade Terms

Orders are quoted FOB China (Incoterms 2020) from a Chinese port of loading. Under FOB, we are responsible for export packing, export clearance, inland transport to the port, and loading the goods on board. From that point the freight, insurance and risk pass to you. Tell us your destination and any preferred port of loading and the routing is confirmed in the quotation. If your import process requires a different term, raise it before the quotation — it is agreed in writing rather than assumed.

Shipping & Delivery

Express, air freight and sea freight are all possible depending on volume, destination and urgency. We do not publish fixed shipping rates: cost depends on weight, volume, destination and service level, and is confirmed with the quotation. Tell us your deadline and we will recommend the method that fits it.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders are quoted FOB, so unless otherwise agreed in writing the freight from the port of loading, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not promise duty-free, tax-free or guaranteed customs clearance, and we cannot control how a destination authority classifies an import. For high-value or regulated shipments, your own customs broker is the right source of advice.

Payment Terms

Standard terms are by T/T: 30% deposit and 70% balance. The terms for a specific order are restated in the quotation and order confirmation, and everything agreed is recorded in writing before production begins.

Lead Time

Typical production lead time is 20–30 days. It varies with product, quantity and customization, and the estimated lead time for your order is confirmed with the quotation. If you are working toward a retail launch or a season, tell us the date at the start — it is much easier to plan production around a deadline than to accelerate it afterwards.
