A finished design file is not required. Most custom projects start from far less:

Alongside the design, we need the pearl specification: size band, shape, color, luster, surface and matching, plus the metal material and finish, quantity and packaging requirements.

Before you send a design. If your design involves a protected trademark, logo or copyrighted artwork, please confirm you hold the right to have it produced. We produce against customer-supplied designs on the basis that the customer holds the necessary rights.
How a custom project runs
Eight steps from first message to shipment. Nothing moves to bulk production until the sample is approved.
- Submit design or requirement — drawings, reference photos, a sample, or a written description.
- Confirm pearl specification and materials — size, shape, color, luster, surface, matching, metal and finish.
- Production feasibility assessment — what can be produced as specified, and where an adjustment is needed.
- Sample development — a physical sample is produced for your review.
- Sample approval and quotation — specification, quantity, price, packaging and lead time confirmed in writing.
- Bulk production — produced against the approved sample standard.
- Quality control — craftsmanship, size, shape, color, matching and quantity checked before packing.
- Shipment — packed and shipped per the agreed method, FOB China (Incoterms 2020) by default.
What buyers ask before a custom run
What is the MOQ for a custom design?
Custom production starts at 50 sets. MOQ is restated per design on the quotation, because tooling and material requirements differ between projects.
Can I get a sample before committing to bulk?
Yes. Sample development is part of the process. Samples are chargeable, and the sample cost is confirmed with the quotation — it depends on the design and materials.
Do you produce in sterling silver or gold?
Metal material and finish are part of the specification. Tell us the metal you need and the intended market, and the available options will be confirmed in the quotation.
Can you work from a competitor's product photo?
We can discuss a design direction from a reference image, but we do not copy protected trademarks, logos or copyrighted artwork. We will confirm a specification that meets your requirement without infringing third-party rights.
Are you a factory?
We coordinate custom pearl jewelry production with established production partners in China. No certification or factory status is claimed here that we cannot document — if you need to verify a specific capability, ask and we will answer directly.
